Klab Acquires the Rights to Make My Hero Academia Online Game WorldWide

It seems like every month we get an announcement of KLab acquiring a new anime game license and this time it’s My Hero Academias turn! KLab announced they had gotten the green light from the My Hero Academia Production Committee to finally proceed with a worldwide release of an MHA game (except for China). No platform was announced as of now, but KLab has a track record of making all of it’s games available for both iOS and Android.

KLab plans to leverage the knowledge they’ve gained from developing and distributing other anime properties to make a game that can be enjoyed by My Hero Academia fans worldwide. The company also stated they’re planning on making multiple online games so that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

KLab has previously released games such as Bleach: Brave Souls, Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team, Love Live! School Idol Festival, and more. KLab will share more information with future updates as they have just acquired the license.

With a My Hero mobile game already existing (My Hero Academia: the Strongest Hero), a new MHA battle royale game on the way (My Hero Ultra Rumble), and now multiple games coming from KLab, do you think this is too much MHA or just enough?

About My Hero Academia Season 6:
The end of season 5 of BNHA brought with it a promise of war, Season 6 picks up directly after facing down an army of villains all under Tomura Shigaraki’s control, and this time the heroes are leading the charge. The power struggle is real as we hit the “war arc”, can Deku and the heroes finally crush All For One’s grand plans, or will this just be another reason society loses faith in the heroes even more?

Horikoshi is bringing all of the bangers with this arc, so make sure you stay tuned for more MHA coverage!
