Jump Festa is all set to make their return for the 24th time! Jump Festa is the big event that brings all things Shueisha together with all things Jump to create one big event to celebrate manga. For the unaware, this is where all the BIG announcements for the manga we know and love happen so there’s a lot to look forward to. We already learned the dates and location of the event this year (read below), but now we have the complete schedule of what to expect at Jump Festa 2023!

Jump 2023 will be held on December 17th and 18th at Makuhari Messa, the same place the event has taken place since the year 2000. The event is split between two stages the Jump Super Stage where all of your favorite manga will be where all of the biggest series will be unveiling their news and bringing special guests, and the Jump Studio NEO stage where series from Weekly Shonen Jump, Jump SQ+, and Shonen Jump + will be making their appearance. As with the previous Jump Festa, both stages will be streamed online alongside a special Jump Super Stage EX only available online on the first day.
To give you a good idea of the type of announcements to expect at Jump Festa 2023, let’s take a look back at some of the big ones from last year’s event.
- The next Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series was first announced, revealing Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!
- Hell’s Paradise got its first trailer for the upcoming anime. Rurouni Kenshin was announced to be getting a new anime project
- Jump Festa 2022 is when we got our first look and confirmation of the upcoming Black Clover movie (to which we now know the name and have a trailer).
- The now beloved SpyxFamily revealed its April 2022 release date.
- Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Dr. Stone Ryusui, and My Hero Academia Season 6 all got trailers released at the event.
- Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War was confirmed for October 2022
- Lastly, Chainsaw Man reveled an anime is on the way in 2022 and part 2 of the manga is beginning!
If you’re one of the lucky few to live in Japan and want to attend Jump Festa. Tickets for the event don’t cost any money but are given out by invitation only through the Jump NAVI app. Only 40,000 tickets are available for each day so you better be quick on applying. Applications open on October 24th for tickets with stage events included and general admission tickets go up for application on November 14th.
