The announcements keep on coming! The next arc in the Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? is on its way this January! Titled “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV Late Arc: Disaster“, this is a continuation of the series’ fourth season “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV New Arc: Labyrinth” that originally premiered July 22, 2022, and went for 11 episodes. The upcoming continuation will cover the novels Deep Calamity Arc and is set to premiere on January 5th of 2023.
The continuation is set to introduce new cast members for the new season, coming on for season 4 part 2: Mai Nakahara as Astraea, Yumiri Hanamori as Alise Lovell, Sayaka Senbongi as Gojōno Kaguya, Ayaka Suwa as Lyra, Maki Kawase as Noin, Asuna Tomari as Neze Rankett, Hikaru Tohno as Asta (not from Black Clover), Rina Kawaguchi as Celty Srowa, Yūki Hirose as Iska Bra, Saki Kosaka as Ryana, Akira Sekine as Maryū.

The first season of Danmachi premiered in April 2015 and had 13 episodes, and although the series was mega popular when it was released, the Second Season didn’t follow but not until 4 years later in 2019. Since then the anime has been regularly released, the third season was originally set to release in July 2020 but due to a delay from covid, it was pushed back to October 2020.
About Danmachi:
The story follows Bell Cranel, a rookie adventurer and member of the Hestia Familia. Set in the city of Orario the city hosts many gods who chose to limit their divine powers in order to experience the mortal world. Orario is home to a massive labyrinth known as the Dungeon, and each family’s primary goal is to battle the monsters and harvest the loot left behind. After a chance encounter, Bell meets Ais Wallenstein a famous and powerful swordswoman of the Loki Familia. Now Bell aims to grow stronger, explore more of the labyrinth, raise the reputation of the Hestia Familia, and win Ais’ heart.
